Volume #2 Issue #1
We are looking for stories between 500-10,000 words. Beyond that this is an unthemed issue! Send us your best, your favorite, or your weirdest piece of speculative fiction, fantasy, or any subgenre therein. A quick note: By now Triptych has put out 2 print journals, 2 chapbooks, and a handful of digital releases under our ‘Shorts’ tab. It is not required, but it is strongly encouraged that you look at some of our prior releases to get an understanding of what we publish.
What we do not publish is:
Anything not speculative fiction or fantasy. While we’re sure it's lovely, do not send us contemporary realism with a ghost edited into 2-3 lines.
We don't publish work that endorses/exploits/details at length child abuse.
Authorized translations and non-English stories are welcome, but we ask that they accompany an English language version as well and both the original author and translator are mentioned by name.
