The Anoka Ramsey Community College Cambridge Campus TRIO Upward Bound TRIO Success Leaders (TSL) provides student leadership for the TRIO Upward Bound program. TSL is comprised of student leaders who are elected by their peers to serve on an advisory and planning council. TSL meets several times throughout the school year. If you have ideas for activities or how to improve Anoka Ramsey Upward Bound services, contact the TSL representative(s) at your school.
