The Officer Training Centre is designed to provide you with all the tools and skills necessary for you to be a successful cadet leader in your community. Our primary mission at OTC is to educate and train officers who are committed to our core values, who will serve their community well and will inspire cadets, officers and the community-at-large.

Our OTC instructors are highly motivated, experienced and exceptionally talented volunteers who are dedicated to their obligation to ensure that every officer who attends our program develops the skills necessary to be an outstanding Navy League Officer. It is our goal to guide you through your development, but your success ultimately depends on your commitment to your training and the values you implement in your own units.

Our standards and expectations are high because our community deserves no less than the finest officers the Navy League can offer.
