As the player, I want to select the "Shoot" option so that I can take aim at the enemy.

This will just be an option present at the start of combat. The other option is 'Skill'.
After player selects 'Shoot' they'll transition to 'Aim'.
As the player, I want to change the reticle size so that I can land a more accurate hit and break the enemy's armor or deal bonus damage.
