FINAL PROJECT MEETING IN LECCE JUNE 2023

The FINAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT MEETING took place in Italy (Lecce 27/29 June 2022). 

Management Meeting Agenda

DAY 1 – 27 JUNE 2023

 Arrival at  “Livio Tempesta” school in Lecce and guided tour around the premises.

 Welcome from the headmaster of the school, Prof. Tonino Bacca.

 Management meeting:

•      Results and dissemination of all four mobilities  were discussed (in Romania C1, Turkey C3 , Lithuania C4  and in Latvia C2)

•      The student and teacher mobility satisfaction questionnaires were commented

•      Partners filled all the final information on the Mobility Tool

DAY 2 – 28 JUNE 2023

 Visit to local farms to taste Salento products (olive oil, honey), visit to a traditional “ Masseria” (Tenuta Monacelli) and to Santa Maria di Cerrate Abbey.

 Management meeting:

•    The project’s results were presented and discussed (short videos made by teachers in Lithuania and by students in Romania and Latvia)

•     Social media tools were updated

•     Dissemination of the project was discussed as each country presented the press release with which they promoted the project's results

DAY 3 – 29 JUNE 2023

 Visit to the southest part of Italy, Leuka. Tour of the Salento Seas (Adriatic and Jonio) by boat.

 Management meeting:

·         evaluation of the learning scenarios made by each country during LTTA in Turkey and the way they were integrated into each school's curriculum

·         discussion on establishing school clubs for digital storytelling using the skills and knowledge about web 2.0 tools acquired in LTTAs

·         discussion on the final reports that should be prepared after the end of the project (31/08/2023)
