The 1st PROJECT MANAGEMENT MEETING took place in Greece (20/24 June 2022).

• Discussion of the results of the first mobility in Romania (C1)

• Filling in the Mobility Tool for LTTA1, C1

• Replanning the dates of the mobilities to follow (Initial planning):

 C3 A World of Magic, Istanbul Erkek Lisesi, Turkey.

Short-term joint staff training events (LTTA 1) – September 2021

C4 Friendship, fairy tales and magic Ukmerges Uzupio Pagrindine mokykla,

Lithuania.

Short-term joint staff training events (LTTA 2) – February 2022

 C2 Friends across Europe Daugavpils 12.vidusskola, Latvia.

Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils – April 2022

 Final management meeting in Italy, Lecce.

Closure of the project and evaluation procedures – June 2022

II. DAY 2 – 22 JUNE 2022

• Checking the Timetable in order to ensure proper time management

• Setting clear expectations from each partner

• Verifying and ensuring the project’s budget

• Updating social media tools

• Discussing next year’s activities on Twinspace (etwinning project)

III. DAY 3 – 23 JUNE 2022

• Discussing the content of the Europass Mobility Certificates for the teacher training mobilities (LTT1, LTT2)
