Strategic Plan

TRB standing committees are asked to forecast their activities every three years by developing a Triennial Strategic Plan (TSP).

The TSP generally includes:

• Review of committee title and scope

• Summary of recent activity history 

• Development of a Future Outlook Statement 

• Development of a Committee Three-Year Plan

AKT60's previous plan for the period 2018 through 2021 is maintained for reference.  No TSPs within TRB were developed in 2022 due to disruptions caused by COVID-19.  AKT60 developed a revised TSP in 2023 for the period 2023 through 2026.  Per TRB direction, the current plan includes only Part III containing the future outlook and committee 3-year plan.
