Committee Member Rotation
In 2023, AKT60 rotated membership. Appointments became effective in April.
Considerations:
Length of tenure – members are limited to no more than 9 consecutive years;
Organization – seek to balance government, industry, consulting, academia, etc.;
Region – look for representation from all US regions and International;
Race, Ethnicity, and Gender–promote diversity in culture and viewpoints;
Engagement – to be a viable standing committee, voting members must be engaged and contribute to its activities and goals.
