This memo outlines the updated approach the team will be taking on their final design and objectives for this semester based off of their recent meeting with Eric Dawalt.
This Excel Sheet outlines the procedure the team will follow as they begin testing their scale models. Additionally, it describes the criteria of which they will be testing for. Finally, the last sheet will record the cost breakdown for each of the iterations.
This sheet shows images of the 3D-printed model of the design that would be used for open channel flume testing. The model would be tested and a variety of parameters would be observed for replication of and real conditions at the project site.
The excel sheet shows the performance of the model through our first iteration testing.

Set up of prototype
Initial flow of water
Duck Test
Failed backflow test
This is the second iteration of our protype flume testing. Asjustments to the design and function of the model has been changed according to the results of Week 7 testing.
Testing for this model will occur in the following week to record performance and any changes that must be made for future iterations.
