Accumulated trash in Jacobson Park Reservoir #4 poses health concerns to the drinking water of

surrounding residents. Current LFUCG funded collection systems are costly, inefficient, and

difficult to clean. Trash collection previously required manual unloading and frequent

maintenance. A streamlined, low-maintenance approach is needed to reduce labor demands and

improve long-term waste management.
