The Transportation Research Network (https://sites.google.com/view/transport-research-network) is a community-driven platform created to connect researchers from across the broad spectrum of transportation research, including traffic flow theory, transportation network modeling, travel behavior, and related areas.
TRN is independent of any formal organization or committee and open to anyone interested in the field. It serves as a neutral, collective space for researchers to share announcements, opportunities, resources, and ideas across the research community.
The TRN platform consists of two key components:
The TRN website (this Google Site) serves as the central hub for hosting long-term resources such as datasets, modeling tools, community histories, and other shared materials.Â
The TRN mailing list (a separate Google Group) serves as the official mailing list and communication channel for sharing announcements, opportunities, updates, and ideas across the community.
Our aim is to foster open communication, collaboration, and visibility for ongoing work in the field, from theoretical advances to practical efforts in transportation network and traffic flow systems.
We use a Google Group to manage our community mailing list. Join the group to receive updates, participate in discussions, or share your own announcements.
Visit our Mailing List page for more details.
