Here you will find lots of information and resources about how to have less or better conflicts in your XR groups and beyond!

It has grown out of work done for XR, but our intention is for this website to act as a standalone resource for transformative conflict engagement in varying contexts. We have also included a significant quantity of suggestions for further reading and resources.

It was created by XR volunteers working in the XR UK Transformative Conflict Team between 2019 and 2022. The team comprised enthusiastic people ranging in experience level from expert to beginner, all with hands on experience, informed by established techniques/theory/practitioners.

Some parts may not be relevant to you, you may disagree with some parts and you might wish to expand or adapt others to your context. Please take what is useful to you and leave the rest.
