What data does TrainaLyzer App collect?
The App collects existing data from Apple Health, including but not limited to: workout history, heart rate data, calories, steps, sleep analysis, heart rate variability, location/route data from workouts, VO2Max, running speed/power/vertical oscillation/ground contact time/stride length/distance, cycling distance.
Additionally, the user is given the opportunity to change settings such as max heart rate and training zones, which are entered into the App.
How is the data collected?
The data is collected by accessing it via Apple Health.
Why is the app collecting this data?
The purpose of the App is to summarise, visualise and analyse the users’ data. To achieve this, the data needs to be collected.
Who is the data shared with?
