1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TraderMind: Journal & AI Coach ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Financial Disclaimer
TraderMind: Journal & AI Coach is a data-logging and journaling tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves significant risk of loss. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on data, analytics, or insights provided by the App. All
decisions remain solely yours.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- All payments are processed exclusively by Google Play. By subscribing, you also agree to Google Play's Terms of Service.
- Pricing is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and is subject to change.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless
cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Cancel anytime via: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → TraderMind: Journal & AI Coach → Cancel.
4. Refund & Cancellation
All purchases are final. No refunds are provided for unused periods or accidental purchases. See our full

5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account or data.
6. User Data
All journal data is stored locally on your device. We do not store your trading data on our servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your
data. Deleting the App permanently deletes all local data.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CognixLabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including trading losses, data loss, or loss of profits.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
