TraderMind: Journal & AI Coach is designed to help traders maintain discipline by tracking their trading activities, plans, and performance metrics. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about our data practices.
Trading Data: Daily trading entries, trading plans, discipline rules, profit/loss records, and trading notes
Profile Information: Currency preferences and notification settings
Authentication Data: When using Google Sign-In, we collect your Google account email and basic profile information
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version
Biometric Data: If you enable biometric authentication (fingerprint/face recognition), this data is processed locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers
We do NOT collect your actual trading account credentials
We do NOT track your location
We do NOT collect browsing history or activity outside the app
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
App Functionality: To provide core features including trade journaling, performance tracking, and discipline monitoring
Data Synchronization: If you sign in with Google, to sync your data across devices (optional)
Notifications: To send you daily reminders and trading alerts based on your preferences
Data Export: To generate CSV and PDF reports of your trading data when requested
App Improvement: To analyze app performance and fix bugs
Primary Storage: All your trading data is stored locally on your device using Hive database
Offline Access: The app works completely offline; internet connection is only required for Google Sign-In
Data Persistence: Your data remains on your device even when offline
Firebase Authentication: If you choose to sign in with Google, we use Firebase Authentication to manage your account
No Cloud Database: We do NOT store your trading data on cloud servers
Google Sign-In: Managed by Google's secure authentication system
Biometric Protection: Optional fingerprint/face recognition for app access
Local Encryption: Sensitive data is stored securely on your device
No Third-Party Access: Your trading data is never shared with third parties

The app requests the following permissions:
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To restore scheduled notifications after device restart
VIBRATE: To provide haptic feedback for notifications
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: To deliver timely trading reminders
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To send you daily reminders and alerts
INTERNET: Required only for Google Sign-In (optional feature)
Biometric/Fingerprint: For optional biometric authentication
You have the following rights regarding your data:
Export your trading data anytime in CSV or PDF format
View all your stored data within the app
Delete individual trading entries, plans, or rules
Go to settings and click "Clear All Data". It will delete all your local data
Uninstall the app to remove all local data
Sign out to disconnect the Google account
Go to settings and click on "Delete Account". It will delete your account from Google Account and also delete all your local data
Choose between Google Sign-In or Guest mode
Enable/disable notifications
Enable/disable biometric authentication
Control data export preferences
Export your data in standard formats (CSV, PDF)
Transfer data between devices manually
Active Use: Data is retained locally on your device as long as the app is installed
Account Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all local data
Google Sign-In: Signing out disconnects your Google account but retains local data
Backup: You are responsible for backing up your data using the export feature
TraderMind: Journal & AI Coach is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
Displaying an in-app notification for significant changes
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
You can use the app in Guest Mode without signing in. In Guest Mode:
All data is stored locally on your device
No account information is collected
No data synchronization across devices
Full access to all app features
We do NOT share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
With Your Consent: When you explicitly choose to share data (e.g., exporting and sharing reports)
Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation
App Functionality: With third-party services listed above, only for authentication purposes
Since all data is stored locally on your device, there are no international data transfers. If you use Google Sign-In, Google's privacy policy governs how they handle your authentication data.
By using TraderMind: Journal & AI Coach, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.
