Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. No-Refund Policy
TraderMind: Journal & AI Coach follows a **strict no-refund policy**. All subscription purchases are final. We do not provide full or partial refunds for any reason, including:
- Unused portion of a billing period
- Accidental purchases
- Dissatisfaction with features
- Failure to cancel before the next renewal date
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
To cancel:
> Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → TraderMind: Journal & AI Coach → Cancel
3. Account Deletion & Active Subscriptions
⚠️ **Deleting your account inside the app does not cancel your Google Play subscription.**
Google Play manages all recurring billing independently. If you delete your in-app data while a subscription is active, you must cancel manually in Google Play. We are not liable for charges incurred after account deletion if the subscription was not cancelled by the user.
4. Free Preview (3-Day Pro Access)
The 3-day Pro preview earned by logging 10 entries is a free in-app reward — not a Google Play free trial. It does not involve any payment and cannot be refunded.
