“If you’ve met one leader, you’ve met one leader.”
Our experiences, wiring, and contexts shape how we show up. When leaders build self-awareness around those differences, they can lead more effectively and more humanely—creating space for contextual leadership that honors diverse strengths.
My work draws on decades in education as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, district leader, and college instructor. I focus on the intersection of organizational culture, growth, and success, helping leaders think systemically and act intentionally. I’m known for asking the kinds of questions that build collective efficacy and invite meaningful stakeholder voice—for the good of the many, the few, and the one.
Today, I’m especially interested in how leadership must remain nimble in complex times. Deep listening, curiosity, and a willingness to truly understand one another are essential for sustainability and growth—for organizations and for the people within them.
The question that guides my work is simple and expansive: How can we lead so that each person can thrive?
I love thinking about big ideas, supporting people in putting them into practice, and laughing along the way.
