At heart, I am a teacher.  For more than three decades, I've had the privilege of learning alongside students, educators, and leaders—as a middle school teacher, principal, district leader, university faculty member, executive coach, and facilitator. Whether I'm teaching undergraduate students, teaching graduate students, coaching executive leaders, or designing professional learning experiences, my greatest joy is helping people discover new possibilities—for themselves and for one another.
