Hi there! Thank you for using TraceAI. We are dedicated to helping men track real grooming progress — guided face scans, visual scores, routines, and honest before/after comparisons over time. Whether you have a bug report, a feature request, or need help with your subscription, we’re here to help.

Subscription & Billing Support

TraceAI uses the Apple App Store native payment system. We do not have direct access to your credit card or billing information.

To Manage or Cancel Your Subscription: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, then select TraceAI.

Restore Purchases: If you subscribed but do not see premium access, open TraceAI and tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen (paywall). Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Manage Subscription in App: If you already have access, go to the Profile tab and tap Manage subscription.

Data Privacy & Deletion

In compliance with global privacy standards and App Store requirements, you have the right to request deletion of your data.

Request Data Deletion: If you would like your photos, scan results, routines, streaks, and account data permanently removed from our servers, email us at the address above. Please include:

• The email address linked to your account (if you added one), or

• Any details that help us identify your account (e.g. display name and approximate sign-up date)

We will process your request and purge all associated data within 7 business days.

You can also use Delete account in the Profile tab to start the deletion flow.

Bug Reports

When reporting a bug, please include:

• Your iPhone model and iOS version

• TraceAI app version (shown in App Store or device settings)

• Steps to reproduce the issue

• Screenshots or screen recordings, if possible

This helps us fix problems faster.
