The Schedule

The event consists in three parts, each of which can be attended independently.

Part I: introductory Courses, Sept 5 - 8

Introductory courses on:

  • Topological recursion and matrix models (B. Eynard)

  • Moduli space of curves and its intersection theory (N.K. Chidambaram)

  • Resurgence (P. Gregori)

Each day consists of 4 hours of lectures in the morning and a 2 hour exercise session in the afternoon.

Target audience: master students / PhD candidates / young researchers new to the topics.

Part II: Advanced Courses, Sept 9 - 13

Advanced courses on:

  • Quantum geometry of Fuchsian systems (R. Belliard)

  • Reducible topological recursion (R. Kramer)

  • Hamiltonian systems and Dubrovin–Frobenius manifolds (P. Lorenzoni)

  • Super topological recursion (K. Osuga)

Each day consists of 4 hours of lectures in the morning and a 2 hours exercise session in the afternoon. Poster sessions on Friday and Saturday, social activity on Sunday.

Target audience: PhD candidates / young researchers new to the topics / researchers that already have some experience in the field.

Part III: Open Problems Workshop, Sept 14 - 16

During the first day of Part III, open problems will be presented by the participants, which are invited to submit them in advance. Participants will have the possibility to discuss them in small groups during the rest of the workshop.

Target audience: active researchers in the field, with finished research papers on any of the topics of Part I or of Part II, or that have reasonable connections to them.
