Increase the technical and institutional capacity of 25 Producer Groups (5 provinces):

There will be Short-Term Expert missions in Ankara focused on improving the capacity of 25 PGs representatives from five selected provinces during the visit to seashore cities located in Black Sea, Marmara Sea, Aegean Sea and Mediterranean Sea.
