Fordham University's
Theatrical Outreach Program
Our mission is to support community engagement with theater by producing live theater and theater outreach events.
The Theatrical Outreach Program (TOP), founded in 2008, produces four plays each year including at least one classical work. With each production, we provide theater-based outreach in collaboration with our community partners where we share the educational messages of our shows and provide theater workshops.
As a fully student run theater club, TOP offers a variety of ways to be involved both on and offstage! From performances to outreach events, TOP's growing community provides a supportive and creative environment for Fordham students.
For each of our performances, members have the opportunity to take on creative or technical leadership. Any student my audition, assist with technical aspects, participate in outreach events, or lead a creative team. Our creative teams include student directors, stage managers, and technical directors.
TOP also offers a variety of outreach opportunities, both on and off campus, to engage theater with the community. Through our sustained partnerships with local schools, our mission of outreach continues to thrive and grow!
All events and auditions will be shared via email and Instagram.
Because there are no small parts in theater, any student who participates in a performance, attends an event, or aids in production in any way, no matter how little or how much, is a TOP member.
