Saturday 7am - 4pm Sunday 8am - 3pm
Over the past 20 years Top Body staff have been working hard to ensure we cover all aspects of fitness including strength, nutrition, dance, personal training, yoga, junior fitness & well-being. Our members range from young children aged 10 years to our senior citizens in their 70’s. Our qualified, friendly staff are there to design workout programmes to suit each individuals needs and help them to acheive them. We have Personal Trainers @ Top Body so please enquire if you want a more one to one approach.
We have 4 zones at Top Body fully equipped with everything you need. Zone One is for strength & conditioning, Zone Two, our Cardio Suite for fitness & endurance gains, Zone Three, The Studio where all fitness classes take place & Zone Four, The Trench where Power & Performance is created.
