The Abandoned XS-Tech Warehouse

This store, themed to a high-tech asteroid warehouse that has been abandoned & rediscovered by some enterprising individuals (one of whom is a member of SEA) sells a variety of sci-fi odds & ends, Disney or otherwise, including exclusive items like an XS-Tech Employee Pass, plush-puppet electronics of Skippy (similar to what GE has) as well as Captain EO’s winged monkey, & Miracles from Molecules: a Tomorrowland Cookbook. IP-related items are also here, largely stuff like Stitch, WALL-E, BH6, Buzz, Marvel’s tech/space characters, or Star Wars (of course), but more excitingly there’s a rotating selection of stuff from the likes of Doctor Who, Gundam, Rick & Morty, Futurama, Mega Man, etc. You enter by passing under a “disinfectant” light at the front, then while in the store, the atmosphere is relatively silent and still, broken up by occasional Sonny Eclipse tunes to keep things from getting too creepy. You can also see posters for Kitchen Kabaret, HALYX, and other acts posted on the walls, which also have humorous post-its noting odd events and rulings XS-Tech have made. There is even a video screen that shows a loop of old security footage showing the warehouse raid that caused it to open to the public to begin with.
