I am a passionate lifelong learner that has leveraged a diverse academic background and career in pharmaceutical sales, marketing and leadership to become a visionary leader in Adult Learning.
I believe the world around us is changing rapidly. The ways we learned as children are too slow for today's fast-paced society. The challenges companies face today, are more complex and require diversity of thought. We need to leverage technology, data and communities to make learning more efficient so we can learn in the flow of work. We must encourage discourse, critical thinking and psychological safety to create an environment that celebrates failure and learning. A learning organization senses, learns and iterates. This type of culture fosters the innovation required to solve complex challenges and meet evolving customer needs.
My practice of adult learning combines principles of behaviour change and adult learning, along with insights from data and never-ending curiosity to help others see the potential in themselves.
Outside of work, I am a husband and father of two. I enjoy long distance running to stay fit and to destress.
