The Order of the Scale was formed thousands upon thousands of years ago when an unruly dragon refused to ascend to become the third great dragon god. Inaho Kaizuka refused to become the god of neutral dragons for he had a love for all creatures. He decided to instead create a place for any dragon that wished to join him to take refuge on the material plane in the event that something dastardly could happen. This was the creation of this order.
Around the same time Jinsung Ha rejected the Gods of Celestia and came to the material plane. It is then that the two meet both wanting to have jurisdiction over the highest point in the world. They began to fight for the mountain and the right to lead those who ventured to it. It seems this fight came to a draw, but the onlooking gods knew..... Jinsung held back.....
The Order of the Scale was also a part in the Great God War. They fought in the influential battle of Marathon to protect the mortal plane against the likes of Dracula and his generals. At the battle of Marathon, the leader Inaho Kaizuka as well as Evenkhell and Karaka fought the Duke of Infinite darkness in a raging battle that ended with all three of them nearly being destroyed. The reason for the survival of these three is that at the end of the battle Bahamut arrived and took over the battle until The Great Duke was forced to retreat to save his master Dracula. It is much late revealed that Inaho was only there with a very small portion of his power.
The Order of the Scale is a group formed to serve and protect the material plane from extraneous threats that it should not be able to handle on its own. It is also a place to take refuge from the gods if you are found worthy. It is noticeable that the group is almost exclusively Dragons. This group will fight at any cost to keep the material plane safe from the damage of the gods. When it comes to the "squabbles" of mortals the Order tends to not care or take a side unless there is a threat that transcends what mortals can handle. While this remains, true individual members are allowed to do as they please as long as it does not detriment the group. While there are leaders in this group it is mostly a position of ceremony. Every major decision is decided upon "democratically". When a major issue suck as something that affects the entire order comes to pass there must be a ninety percent attendance to start a vote. Speakers will be heard from both sides of an argument and once all debate is closed voting can begin. The voting participants then go to the side of the room with the speakers they most believe in and prepare to vote. The voting process is simple as dragons respect power. The sides of the vote then enter combat and the side with members last standing wins the vote. It is important to know that it does not matter how large a majority is on one side one man standing alone can and has won the vote upon occasion. After the combat is finished all slain members are resurrected due to the properties of the core of the mountain and the magics entertained in it. It is worth noting that Elven Iron is created as a bi-product of this magic.
Brakos-The Chief black dragon on the material plane and head of the Great Brakos line.
Brax- The strongest and oldest Bronze dragon that lives on the material plane and the head of the great line of Brax dragons.
Baron Florent- The head of the Great line of Florent and most powerful green dragon.

Inaho Kaizuka(The Daylight Dragon)- This is the cofounder. He is also the largest and most powerful dragon in existence. He is a large dragon that seems to be made of dull light. He can increase in size to be larger than the world itself. For the most part he spends his existence roaming throughout space looking for another of his kind.
Jinsung Ha- This is the cofounder and the strongest member. He was once thought to be a Celestial Paragon. During his time in this position, he was known to be the most violent and lest reasonable Paragon to ever exist. There were many instances of him challenging gods, devils, and even other paragons to fights. He was also thought to be an Empyrean although it is not known what gods conceived him. It is not clear what grants his unimaginable power.
Master EvenkHell- The most powerful silver dragon to ever exist. He is also the largest and oldest.
Lord Karaka💀- One of the most powerful blue dragons to ever exist.
Sir Verdge💀- One of the largest red dragons to ever exist as well as the most quick-tempered person in the Orders leadership.
