Since the winter semester 2024/2025, we started a new collaboration with Unisport Jena for doing some sport events together. The main goal of this collaboration is to help with the better integration of the international students in our group at the sport programs of the university

Registeration

To attend events organized in collaboration with Unisport Jena, official registration is required. This is important due to Unisport’s internal regulations regarding insurance coverage.

Registration Process for Unisport Classes

The registration involves the following steps:

Pre-registration in Our Portal:
- This step requires filling out a simple form with your basic details.
  1. If you use Telegram, please access our bot and type "Unisport." You will receive a link for pre-registration.
  2. If you do not use Telegram, please fill out the provided form manually.

Note: We highly recommend registering via Telegram, as it simplifies the process for both you and us.
Upon completing the pre-registration, you will receive a password (either through Telegram or email) for further registration on the Unisport portal.

Registration on the Unisport Portal:
- Using the password provided, go to the Unisport portal and register for your chosen class. This step needs to be done only once for the entire semester.
Receive Confirmation:
- After registering on the Unisport portal, you will shortly receive a confirmation message through Telegram or email once we have processed the data from Unisport.
Weekly Registration:
- Due to limited spots in each class, a weekly registration is required to confirm your attendance. The registration link can be found here.
