By downloading, accessing, or using Stark (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not misuse, copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or interfere with the App or its security.

2. No Medical Advice

Stark is intended for informational and habit-tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions or concerns.

3. Health Data and Permissions

Certain features require access to Apple Health and notifications. You may deny or revoke permissions at any time, but some features may not function properly without them.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Stark may offer auto-renewable subscription plans.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

• Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by applicable law.

• Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and software within the App are owned by TofuApps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Apple services, including Apple Health and the App Store. Your use of those services is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TofuApps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TofuApps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
