Health data is read-only and used solely to provide app functionality.

This data is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

c) Diagnostics

We may receive anonymized crash logs and technical diagnostics provided by Apple to improve app stability.

We do not collect precise location data.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

• Display daily progress and trends

• Track and visualize goals

• Sync data between iPhone and Apple Watch (if enabled)

• Send reminders you choose to enable

• Improve reliability and performance

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.

3. Health Data

• Health data is accessed only with your explicit permission.

• We use Health data solely to provide core app functionality.

• We do not sell Health data.

• We do not use Health data for advertising.

• We do not share Health data with third parties except as required by law.

Most user data is stored locally on your device.
If you delete the App, locally stored data is removed from your device.
