Responsible Spending. Financial Accountability.
Kelowna is growing, and with that growth comes increasing pressure on City services, infrastructure and taxpayers.
Todd believes Council has a responsibility to carefully scrutinize spending and ensure residents receive value for their tax dollars. With more than 35 years of experience as a CPA and business adviser, he understands the importance of budgets, financial controls, accountability and asking difficult questions before money is spent.
Financial responsibility does not mean simply saying no to spending. It means setting priorities, measuring results and making sure public money is being used effectively.
Todd will bring an experienced financial perspective to Council and work to ensure major spending decisions are transparent, properly scrutinized and accountable to Kelowna taxpayers.
Experience • Integrity • A Stronger Kelowna
Transparency. Accountability. Your Voice at City Hall.
Todd believes Kelowna residents deserve open decision-making, responsible stewardship of their tax dollars and a meaningful voice in the decisions that shape their community.
September 8, 2026
After many years of serving Kelowna’s business and broader community, I have decided to seek a seat on Kelowna City Council in the October 17, 2026 municipal election.
I am running to bring experienced, independent and financially responsible leadership to City Hall, with a particular commitment to rebuilding Council transparency and public trust.
My campaign will focus on five priorities: transparency and public trust; housing affordability and responsible growth; transportation and infrastructure; homelessness, addiction and community safety; and taxes, spending and financial accountability.
Over the coming weeks, I will use this page to provide campaign news and explain my positions in greater detail. I welcome respectful questions and opportunities to hear directly from Kelowna residents.
Kelowna residents deserve a Council that listens before deciding, clearly explains its choices and remains accountable for the results.
