2.Why there are two channels' names displayed when UTWS1 is connected?
To make it easy to pair, either side of the earphone can be used as the pairing channel to connect to the phone. When pairinging with the mobile phone, you can click any L or R channel to work as the pairing channel to pair your phone, then the vice channel R or L will automatically pops up in your smartphone. At this time, clicking "agree" displays two channels' names, while clicking "reject" displays only one channel name (but loses the master-slave switching function). The left and right earphones can work as combination and individually( two devices), so we can see L/R channel names in the phone..
3.Can UTWS1 waterproof both the water and sweat?
UTWS1 circuit board uses nano waterproof coating and waterproof glue. The rain and sweat during use will not damage to the earphone. But for a better experience, we still recommend to keep it from the water and make it dry as soon as possible once it touches the water.If it is damaged by dropping into the water, we will not provide free service.
