1. INTRODUCTION
TO & FRO ("we", "us") is a video chat and social discovery app for adults 18+. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a) Account Information: Name, email, date of birth (18+ verification), gender, photos, bio.
b) Content: Messages, video call data (not recorded unless reported), profile content.
c) Device & Technical: Device model, OS, IP address, app usage, crash logs.
d) Permissions:
- CAMERA & MICROPHONE: Only to provide video chat feature when you use it.
- LOCATION (optional): To show nearby users if you enable it.
- STORAGE: To upload profile photos.
e) We DO NOT collect Advertising ID. We DO NOT use AD_ID permission. No ads.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To provide video chat, matching, messaging services
- To verify you are 18+ and keep platform safe
- To enforce Child Safety Standards and Terms
- To improve app and support
4. SHARING
We DO NOT sell your data.
We share only with:
- Service providers (hosting, moderation) under confidentiality
- Law enforcement if required by law or for child safety reports to NCMEC
- With your consent
5. DATA RETENTION
We keep data while account active. After deletion, we delete within 30 days except where law requires retention.
6. YOUR RIGHTS & ACCOUNT DELETION
You can delete your account anytime:
In-App: Settings > Account > Delete Account > Confirm
Or email: info@toandfroglobal.co.uk with subject "Delete My Account"
What happens:
- Profile, photos, messages deleted immediately
- Data removed from servers within 30 days
- You will receive confirmation email
Steps to request deletion:
1. Open TO & FRO app
2. Go to Profile > Settings
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm
Alternatively email info@toandfroglobal.co.uk from your registered email.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

8. SECURITY
We use encryption and secure servers to protect data.
9. CHANGES
We may update this policy. We will notify in app.
