1. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

TO & FRO has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
We strictly prohibit:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Sexualization of minors
- Grooming or relationships between minors and adults for sexual purposes
- Trafficking of children
- Employment of minors in sexual services
- Any content that exploits or endangers children

2. PREVENTION AND DETECTION

- All users must be 18+ to use TO & FRO. We enforce age verification.
- Automated moderation and manual review to detect inappropriate content
- Prohibit sharing explicit images of minors
- Live call and chat features monitored for violations
- User verification systems to prevent underage access

3. REPORTING MECHANISM

TO & FRO provides in-app reporting:
- Users can report any profile, message, call, or post via Report button inside app
- All reports reviewed within 24 hours by safety team
- Anonymous reporting available

4. ACTION AGAINST VIOLATIONS

When violation detected:
- Immediate removal of content
- Permanent ban of account
- Reporting to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
- Reporting to law enforcement where required by law
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
