At TO & FRO, the safety and protection of children is our highest priority. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes children.
1. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR CSAM
TO & FRO has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, solicits, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
We strictly prohibit:
- Sexual abuse of minors
- Formation of romantic relationships between minors and adults
- Production, distribution, or possession of CSAM
- Trafficking of children
- Sexualization of minors
- Grooming behaviors
Any violation results in immediate permanent account termination, content removal, and reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
2. AGE RESTRICTION - 18+ ONLY
TO & FRO is strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not allow users under 18 to create an account or use our services.
We enforce this through:
- Mandatory age confirmation during registration
- ID verification for live features
- Immediate removal of accounts found to be under 18
- Proactive monitoring for age misrepresentation
If you believe a user is under 18, please report immediately.
3. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR
The following are strictly prohibited on TO & FRO:
a) Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
b) Grooming - building relationships with minors for sexual exploitation
c) Sextortion or sexual coercion of minors
d) Trafficking and employment of minors in sexual services
e) Sexualization of minors (comments, images, descriptions)
f) Sharing personal information of minors
4. REPORTING MECHANISM
We provide easy in-app reporting:
In-App Reporting:
- Tap on user profile > Report button > Select "Child Safety Concern"
- Or long press on message > Report
Email Reporting:

Subject: "Child Safety Report"
Include: Username, details, screenshots if possible.
We review all child safety reports within 24 hours, priority handling.
5. ENFORCEMENT AND ACTION PROCESS
When we receive a child safety report:
Step 1: Immediate Review (within 24 hours)
Step 2: Content Removal - Any violating content removed immediately
Step 3: Account Action - Permanent ban for severe violations
Step 4: Law Enforcement Reporting - Report to NCMEC CyberTipline and relevant law enforcement
Step 5: Prevention - Block device, IP, and prevent re-registration
6. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
We comply with:
- Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy
- US Child Sexual Abuse Material laws (18 U.S.C. § 2252)
- UK Online Safety Act
- All applicable international child protection laws
We cooperate fully with law enforcement.
