In order to participate, please complete the following three steps.
1) Complete the submission form, including each sample you wish to have analyzed. Please do not send more than 10 samples for analysis. We cannot analyze samples without this form.
2) Please print the submission confirmation form you receive via email and include this along with your honey sample.
3) Mail a minimum of 3 oz. of honey to the following address:
