The Military Police serves as a force of justice and order within the limits of the Border, it enforces the rules and laws of the Imperium, and makes sure visitors are treated respectfully and allows everyone to experience a welcoming environment. The primary purpose of the Military Police division is to ensure that all users are following the rules in the server and to keep the community safe. Military Police prioritizes the use of non-lethal over lethal force, and strives to provide an example to other members of the Imperium.

The Military Police is a prestigious division, and therefore, it has a strict process of entry. Individuals must first obtain 20 honor in The Nighthawk Imperium ROBLOX group by attending events shouted in the central discord. Afterwards, TNI members may submit an MP Application using the information from the MP Guidelines. Application results may be viewed on the results checker. It usually takes a few days for all of the forms to be processed, so don't DM an MP officer regarding an application.
MP has one subdivision entitled Cerberus. Cerberus serves as the rapid response retaliation and defense branch of the Military Police. Whenever there is a large rebel attack at the border Cerberus can be called in to deal with them. When they are not busy taking down rebels they will be tasked with defending Section B of the border which includes the reactor, safe and armory. Cerberus is the embodiment of a bulwark and contains members who are greatly composed, disciplined and well-versed in combat efficiency. MP has various departments that are responsible for managing the different aspects of the group. These departments are entitled Constabulary, Justice Committee, and Administrative Department. Descriptions of each one can be found below.
Constabulary:
This is MP's progression department. It is focused on assisting Sergeants and Constables with their duties while overseeing progression into the OC. To join, one must be an Inspector+ and pass a Training Officer application or be handpicked.
Justice Committee:
The MP Justice Committee is responsible for processing misconduct reports, appeals, and clemency requests. These individuals ensure that members are punished properly for any infractions committed. To join, one must apply or be handpicked.
Administrative Department
The Administrative Department is in charge of helping to ensure that documents are updated and new ones are created, in addition to managing the Engagement Team. To join, be handpicked.
As Military Police are expected to operate with the utmost discipline and maturity, the division features a strict punishment system. Conversely, if one would like to appeal a punishment, that person can fill out the MP Punishment Appeal Form.
