Takato Mizuho is a Ph.D. student at the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, The University of Tokyo. He is a member of the Cyber Interface Laboratory and is conducting human-computer interaction (HCI) research with Prof. Narumi (advisor) and Prof. Kuzuoka (co-advisor). He has studied how immersive virtual environmental context affects our memory. His goal is to realize a memory-supporting VR system that enhances human's cognitive ability which could not be achieved in physical space. He is interested in a field with such keywords as VR/MR, avatar, presence, context, memory, and cognitive science.
