REGISTER
To register, please complete this form. A separate registration will need to be completed for each person attending the conference either in-person or virtually. Attendees who pay but do not register will not receive email communications about the hotel, field trips, special events, etc.

ZOOM EVENTS
Both in-person and virtual attendees who have registered and paid by the deadline will be given access to Zoom Events, our official online platform. Look for more information about Zoom Events in your inbox in early August.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Scholarships: The deadline for registering and requesting a scholarship is June 12, 2026. If awarded a scholarship, your lodging costs will be covered. Read more about 2026 scholarships.
For USEPA Employees: You are required to contact Erika Wilson at the Office of Land and Emergency Response (OLEM) prior to registering. Please see your organization for contact information.

Note: Payments are for general event participation only. Payment does not include travel, hotel or incidentals. You will need to contact the hotel directly to make your hotel reservation. Information on making your hotel reservation will be found on the TLEF website in the "Hotel" tab.
Cancellations/Refunds: If you are unable to attend the conference, you must email a written cancellation no later than 5:00pm on July 31, 2026, for a full refund. If your cancellation notice is received after the deadline, a refund will not be possible. Please email both tlef@nau.edu AND tickets@nau.edu with "TLEF Cancellation" in the subject line. We encourage all "Substitutions" to be taken care of by this deadline as well to ensure there are no issues with onsite check in. Please see the full ITEP Event Refund Policies.
