Apply for a scholarship when you register for the conference. Applications will be accepted until Friday, June 12, 2026.
Awardees will be announced individually via email by Friday, June 19, 2026.
Even if you are awarded a scholarship, you do still need to pay the registration fee.
If you are selected for a scholarship, ITEP will pre-pay your lodging costs (a savings of over $635 if you stay five nights). This scholarship covers your lodging and taxes. It does not cover room service, movie rentals, etc.
If you are accepted for this lodging scholarship, ITEP will make your hotel reservation for you. Please be aware you will still need a credit card when you check in. The hotel will want a card on file in case you do incur incidental expenses.
To apply for a scholarship, please click "Yes" on the registration form for the scholarship question and answer the follow up question.
