PDF Proofreading:

• Standard: 3+ days - $0.50 per page (25 lines)

• Rush: 1-2 days - $0.80 per page

• Expedited: < 24 hours - $.90 per page

MS Word Proofreading: 

• Standard: 3+ days - $0.70 per page (25 lines)

• Rush: 1-2 days - $1.00 per page

• Expedited: < 24 hours - $1.30 per page

Stated turnaround times are for transcripts with 200 pages or fewer. Larger jobs may require an increase in turnaround time. Please confirm availability.

Additional charges:

• 26+ lines per page: Additional $0.03 per page.

• Full audio proofread: $1.00 per page for PDF and $1.40 per page for Word. FTR and MP3/MP4. Because full audio proofreads take longer, they may require an increase in turnaround time. Extra charge for 26+ lines and rush/expedited turnaround. 

• Messy transcripts: It is anticipated that each transcript has been properly scoped. If there are excessive errors (multiple corrections on 75%+ of the pages), a charge of $0.10 per page may be added to the rate due to the extra time required. If this becomes an issue, I'll notify you.

• Highly technical/medical/dense transcripts: This kind of content requires more research to determine accuracy. There may be an additional charge of $0.10 per page for testimony of this type. If this begins to affect a large number of pages, I'll notify you.

• Turnaround time begins after a transcript is received and I confirm receipt. 

• Transcripts received after 5:00 p.m. CST will be considered received next business day 9:00 a.m. CST. 

• Business days are Monday through Friday. I am often able to proofread on a weekend, but please confirm availability before sending your transcript.
