Competitions

Students in Math Team are required to attend at least two external competitions (any competition other than MathCounts, AMC, and TKA Math Tournament) throughout the year.

All other TKA Junior High students will also have the chance to compete at math competitions throughout the year, although Math Team students are given priority when space is limited. More information and signups will be sent out in the Royal Reminders as competition dates get closer.

Competition fees for Math Team members are included in the $400 registration fee. Students who are not in Math Team will be billed per competition.
