Hello! My name is Sheila Deltener, and I am the Director of the Titan Town program! A little bit about me: I have three beautiful daughters, Kayla, Paige, and Nessa, and they attended Hawley Public Schools just down the road. I am from around the area and have been working at the Ulen-Hitterdal Public Schools as a Special Education paraeducator these past several school years. I have an associates degree within specieal education through Minnesota State and have learned so much through both of these experiences. This past school year I was a full-time substitute teacher for Preschool and Prek for which I greatly enjoyed! 

I have always loved working with children as they bring such optimism and insight into each and every day that I love learning from. Through my years of experience working with children as well as raising my own, I would love to be a supportive caregiver this summer/school year and make sure that the kids have fun! Bringing joy and active engagement to the summer/school year is important to me and I will make it my mission to make sure that we all have a fun summer and school year together, take care!

Hello! My name is Kayla Johnson and I am the Assistant Director for Titan Town's summer program. I have worked with kiddos ages prek-6th grade for roughly 13 years. I am a licensed Minnesota School Counselor and am working towards my LPCC.  I have 5 years of expreience with being a director of school year programs from Hawley. I graduated from Hawley Public Schools in 2016. Graduated with two bachelors from Univeristy of North Dakota in 2019, and graduated with my Masters in counseling from University of North Dakota in 2024.

During the school year I am a school-based mental health clinical trainee providing therapy services to kiddos in Detroit Lakes, MN! My passion is within mental health and kiddos. 

Hello everyone! My name is Paige Deltener! A little about me is that I graduated from Hawley High in 2019, so I am familiar with the area and excited to be apart of this community! I have been working as a head leader with children ages preschool - sixth grade for 9 years now at a before and afterschool program as well as their summer program. A little bit more about me is that I have two sisters who also work in childcare, my mom is currently the director of this program, and currently I am within my first year of med school at the University of North Dakota. 

I loved starting out the Titan Town childcare program and helping build it for the community.  I have recently taken a step back due to medical school. I help out whenever I can and love to visit the kids and the community!
