Enrollment

• Prospective families are required to fill out our pre-screening questionnaire, review our policies and parent handbook, and then schedule a visit to our home to meet with the caregivers.

What We Offer 

• Enrollment fee is $55. Enrollment forms including emergency contact information, medical history and consent forms etc., must be completed and submitted; along with first week's payment prior to enrollment.

• Enrollment is based on whether a parent or guardian completes enrollment packet, pays first week tuition, turns in health certification and immunization forms signed by proper medical provider, reviews the parent handbook, and signs policies.
