About Us
Tiny Treasures is a family-run childcare program built on care, connection, and trust. As a close-knit family operation, we treat every child like one of our own, creating a warm, home-like environment where children feel safe, seen, and supported. Our hands-on approach means families aren’t just clients. We work and grow together through every stage of early learning.
Kayla Morgan
Hi, I’m Kayla, the primary provider at Tiny Treasures Preschool and Daycare. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and have several years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, including working with Head Start programs and daycare settings. I’m the oldest of seven, which has given me a lifelong, natural connection to caring for children of all ages. My work experience includes providing for children in a variety of school settings with children from infants to 13 years old.
Supporting children during their most important developmental years is truly my passion. I strive to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to explore and grow. I love building strong relationships with families and partnering with parents to support each child’s unique development.
Melissa Morgan
Hi, I’m Melissa, and I’m so excited to be part of the Tiny Treasures team! I have experience working with young children and truly enjoy supporting their growth during these important early years. Being part of a child’s learning journey, watching their confidence grow and celebrating their milestones, is something I find incredibly rewarding.
I believe children thrive in an environment where they feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore. I enjoy engaging with children through play, creative activities, and hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity and build important social and developmental skills.
I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and understand the connection of physical, mental, and emotional health. I have coached youth sports for the city of Loveland for over 10 years. I was a substitute teacher for the Thompson School District with experience in early childhood as well as affective needs and intensive learning classrooms.
Jaelyn Morgan
Hi, I’m Jaelyn, and I’m so excited to be part of the Tiny Treasures family! I spend a lot of my time directly engaging with the children throughout the day; playing, learning, creating, and supporting them in their daily routines. I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with each child and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
Working with children is something I find incredibly rewarding. I love being part of their growth, whether it’s celebrating a new milestone, helping them learn something new, or simply sharing laughter during playtime. I believe every child deserves patience, encouragement, and a positive environment where they can thrive.
