GROVES--John Gordon. On January 27, 1984, at Masterton Hospital, aged 69 years. Loved husband of Veda of "Purinui", Masterton. Loved father and father-in-law of Rosemary and Bruce Christensen (Masterton), Hilary and Douglas Hooper-Smith (Dannevirke). Loved grandfather of Fiona and Simon, Rachael, Megan and Samuel and the late Andrew Christensen. His funeral will be held at St Matthew's Church, Church Street, Masterton, on Monday, January 30, 1984, at 1 pm, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please.
