Hi beautiful people! This is Xiao! I have been studying at the University of Toronto for five years; I completed my Bachelor's degree last year and am currently doing my Master's degree. UTers often say that UofT stands for the University of Tears or the University of Torture and I believe you know why lol. Exams and assignments are surely stressful and it is no doubt crucial for students to learn to deal with the stress properly. I have experienced sleeplessness occasionally so I know how annoying it can be, and that's why I decided to build this website in the first place. I hope you can find this useful.
