Ash began the foundations of the Tiffin College Democrats in September of 2025 and appointed themself to the position of President Pro Tempore. The President Pro Tempore appointed Diego Hernandez as the Advisor Pro Tempore on October 20th, 2025, which was accepted on October the 23rd, 2025. The Constitution was ratified by Ash Staib and Diego Hernandez on October 24th, 2025. At this point in time the Tiffin College Democrats was a functional organization.
