This poster is an introduction to myself!
January 2025, I joined UC San Diego's biology student organization, Saltman Quarterly, as a Design Editor. Within this role, I work with student artists, writers, and photographers in designing the layouts for their annual publication: Under the Scope. Scroll down below to view some of the articles I designed!
Spring 2025, I was tasked to design and organize the layout of a high school student's featured article on the Saltman Quarterly Spring Insider. Through experimentation of layering the supportive illustrations and colors, I ensured to maintain the legibility and visual hierarchy of the student's writing.
Through one of the classes I took at UC San Diego, I designed a mock poster of an Avant Garde art exhibition using Adobe InDesign. This project allowed for me to experiment with the visual hierarchy of typography, and how to organize large bodies of text.
With only an essay as the subject of my poster, I experimented with different type faces and fonts to create a visual interesting typographic poster.
Down below are some graphics I illustrated using Procreate. They were inspired by a concert I was going to!
