Basic Leadership Training (BLT) is a event designed to develop leadership skills among cadets. And at the end of BLT, cadets will be promoted to the next rank and the most outstanding Det. will get a ribbon for their hard work. 

Awards night is a end of the year event and which cadets will be awarded new staff positions, ribbons, and medals. Cadets love recognition for their hard work and commitment to the unit. This event is highly anticipated and cadets and their loved ones enjoy part taking in it. In the end of the awards night, the changing of the company commander will be done.
