• With POA: One spouse can represent both

• Valid passport and TRC

• Vietnamese interpreter (if you don't speak Vietnamese)

As of July 1, 2025, we only authenticate the translator's signature, not the translation content itself.

Notarization validates the legal authenticity of your will. Will storage is our secure safekeeping service where we protect your will until it's needed.

Yes, but only for specific situations allowed by law. According to Decree 104/2025, off-site notarization is available for:

• Pregnant women or mothers with babies under 12 months

• Elderly, disabled persons or those with mobility difficulties

• Police, military personnel or officials who cannot leave their duties

• Force majeure cases or objective obstacles preventing office visits

• Medical inability to travel or legal detention

We understand this may be inconvenient, but unfortunately personal convenience, busy schedules, or preference for privacy are NOT legal grounds for mobile notary services under the new 2024 Notarization Law and Decree 104/2025.
