Is a at least a Sophomore and been a member of the team for at least one year
If you have transferred schools, and were a member of the pervious school's Speech and Debate Team, that experience counts as team membership.
Has competed at a minimum three tournaments
Has a positive attitude
Is supportive of all team members

General Requirements are given
Individual Requirements for all positions are given
Individual Requirements for one position is reviewed, and them individuals can nominate themselves for that position
Each nominee gives a two minute speech about they meet all criteria and why they are the best choice
Voting
Repeat steps 3 - 5 for all positions
Presidents, Vice President, and team administrator discuss the positions, and ultimately decide on who will hold each position. The decision will mostly be biased on the popular vote, but current leadership will also consider the individuals ability to effectively and fully fulfill the roles.
